TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment
Payment for transportation is due on booking, or at the latest 7 days after receiving the invoice. This can be paid via bank transfer or Paypal (subject to PayPal charges).
For all jobs booked the following time schedules apply in regards to cancellations.
within 10 days full refund given
within 9 to 3 days, 50% refund
less than 3 days, no refund given
(in the event of any cancellation, there will be a 10% admin fee) Prohibited uses:
You may use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our service; a, In any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
Car/Van Collections
We will not be held responsible for items that fall off during transportation, in the event that older/salvaged cars are transported sunroof's/panals/bonnet etc should be securely tied down/locked in position, in the event that anything is missing/damaged whilst being transported we will not take any responsibility for that loss/damage.
All Vehicles must be ready for our drivers on arrival, In the event that we arrive at the customer's collection point and the car/van etc is not ready to collect or we have to wait at Auction house's etc ie, won't start, brakes stuck on, no keys, flat tyres, stuck in park (auto's) and there is a delay of more than 30 minutes fixing/sorting these problems and/or we are not able to collect the car/van then the fee paid is non-refundable or a waiting charge is applied at the rate of £45/hour (subject to our discretion).
Driven Service
In the event of a vehicle breaking down whilst being driven on trade plates, the customer is fully liable for any additional costs associated with its recovery.
Caravan (includes trailers) Collections
In the event that we arrive to collect a caravan and discover that either the brakes are not working/stuck on/wheels won't roll/flat tyres/lights inoperable etc then either the caravan movement will be cancelled or a waiting time of £45/hour will be applicable until the caravan is made good, this is at our discretion and in the event that after 1 hours the caravan is still not ready then we shall cancel the job without a refund. If you have any queries concerning the state of a caravan prior to us collecting then ensure you speak to us at least 3 days in advance.
There has to be a spare wheel/tyre with your caravan in the case of a blowout for which we will not be held financially responsible and an additional charge of £25 will be due for the time taken by our driver to change the wheel.
In the event that there is no spare tyre and there is a puncture there will be an additional charge of £45/hour payable whilst we await a tyre company coming out to repair/replace.
On collection of the caravan the caravan should be ready to go, in the event that the legs have not been put up and the caravan has yet to be emptied of personal belongings etc then either a waiting charge will be due or the caravan movement will be cancelled without a refund.
We will not be held responsible for any accidents and damage to any caravan in the event that wheel bearings should disintegrate or if a hub breaks and a wheel comes off the outcome of any damage as a result of this is the owners responsibility.
Please note that in the event of any caravan being released to us in an unroadworthy condition which then goes on to break down the customer is responsible for recovery of that caravan to its final Destination and in extreme cases the caravan may be left where it breaks down.
Damage in Transit
Please note we are not responsible for any damage incurred whilst the vehicle is in transit i.e. stone chips to paintwork or windows etc.

By accepting/paying for our 'quote/bid/tender' you are accepting and are bound by our terms and conditions as set above.
